Super spacious restaurant with prime seafood. We tried the crab legs and shrimp with the cajun seasoning and it was delicious. Definitley add the corn, potatoes, and sausage because it made the boil even better. We also added a side of garlic noodles, which were pretty good but next time I'd get it with rice. It can get pretty busy here so try putting your name on the yelp waitlist, especially if it's a weekend. This is a solid spot for your seafood boil fix.

Food: 6/5 Service: 6/5 Ambiance: 6/5 still great service; still clean and bright, and the food still hot and tasty. all the menu items are very nomnoms and you won't be disappointed. Or maybe you're just a seafood snob and you will be disappointed. anyhoot, this trip to Cajun Crack'n my daughter and I went for lunch right after getting some laundry done. they weren't too busy but busy enough to know that people do love their food here; especially the seafood boils! my daughter ordered the Fried Shrimp Basket and requested for the Sweet Potato Fries. I ordered the Fried Catfish Nuggets with regular fries. AND wow! all the food came out fresh and hot! the fries were very perfectly crunchy! way better than most other restaurant and fast food fries. Catfish Nuggets were greatly seasoned to perfection and the crunch crunch was there to make you smile. My daughter and traded a few pieces of our nuggets and shrimp together; her shrimp was also perfectly seasoned and crunch crunch crunchy! (I think my order next time will be the fried shrimp basket). wish they had fried mushrooms though. we did order the Fried Pickles! fried to perfection and very yummy! and the brioche bread was sooooo good! I also ordered a cup of gumbo. wow! very tasty, not at all that salty like most places. could be just a tad bit more spice but the kick is there (kick 4/10). tbh honestly this place is a good bang for your buck. and you can literally share a seafood boil order and still get full!

NOTE: Call ahead to make sure they're not out of your favorite protein!! First few times we visited, they were always out of crawfish ;_; Now we know to call first lol. Located in the Veranda Plaza. Plenty of parking in the lot. So glad there's more seafood boil spots in East Bay. Cajun Crack'n is one of the better ones :-) Such a steal for the quantity and quality. On the weekend afternoons we've visited, there's only been a 10-15 minute wait, if any. We typically split their Signature #2 with lobster tail, shrimp (head on), and crawfish, then their House Special Sauce (mild). So. Much. Shellfish. I like to grab a side of rice to soak up the sauce :P Their sauce is probably one of the best that we've tried so far-- super savory, rich, and flavorful. The staff are super friendly even during the lunch/dinner rush! I really appreciate the hospitality :-) You definitely have to flag them down to get water refills/utensils since they're so busy, but they've been nothing but accommodating when we request anything.

My boyfriend and I joined the waitlist on Valentines Day, and was stuck trying to find parking when they kicked us off the waitlist. When we finally walked in, we realized why cus it was super crowded and busy. I told the host at the front that we were kicked off the waitlist and I rejoined. He was able to accommodate and told me that the next table open, he'll get me. I think in total, after arriving, we waited 20 mins. We waited over 70 mins in the digital waitlist, though. The food was so good. We've been here before, so it was expected. I would say, even though my boyfriend and I love spicy food, the medium was HELLA spicy for some reason lmao. Maybe next time we could get away with ordering mild. I think the special sauce being mixed with Cajun made it more spicy.

This would be my second time coming here. I love seafood and seafood boil. I've been to a few different places that serve this type of food and each serve different things on the menu and some similar. So, for the seafood boil you have a choice of Combos 1,2,3 etc. just depends or what you want and how much you want to eat. You have a choice of shrimp, crab, mussels, clams, crawfish or lobster. We had a big party so we ordered a few of the Combos and additional other things from the menu. My group got Combo #2 (Cajun garlic sauce) and four of us shared it. It was more than enough and we still had a little bit of left overs. We ordered garlic noodles. That was fire. Noodles were cooked just right and have tons of garlic but not overwhelming. Thus far it seems like the spice level here might be higher than others. I usually order the mild and I do okay but here it seemed like the mild was a medium. But, I still loved it. Just had to eat more rice to lessen the spice haha. I have to say Cajun Crackn has more seafood choices than others. I was surprised to see lobster as a choice for the boil. The service is great! The food came fast and it was nice and hot! My cup of water was always filled. The atmosphere - it has a modern industrial look. It's cute. They have a full bar. This place is good for small or big group parties. I'd say it's family friendly. I give my whole experience 4.5 stars but I recommend this place 100 percent!

What started off as a bad start to the experience was soon changed thanks to the lead Andy and our server Rebecca. Full story, we made reservations for valentine's day. The wait was about 2 hours so to kill time we went to the mall. As soon as I got the notification that we were close, we headed to the restaurant. Then while we were driving we got another text that said to check in with the host. Finding parking was kind of hard, but within 5 minutes of that text, we got another one that said we were dropped from the waitlist. I called them back right away, within seconds of "being dropped" and the girl on the phone said that because we didn't check in there was nothing they could do. We were literally in the parking lot. She told me that our table was given away. They just sent me a text and I called, like I said within seconds, not even 10 seconds of getting that message. We found parking and my boyfriend went inside to see what he could do. He talked to the shift lead in charge, Andy, who understood and sat us right away. He just had to have a busser clear out a table. So you mean, the person at the host stand had no heart. Why didn't the host ask a manger that they could have done, when I called. Oh well. Thank you Andy for getting us a table. Also bravo to our server Rebecca. She was wonderful and had such a great attitude and customer service. She was also happy that our valentine's day was not a total waste. Food was delicious as always. We shared the combo #1 and it had that nice kick to it. Thank you Andy and Rebecca, you are the reason for the 4 stars but I had to take a star off because of the heartless person on the host stand.
